My best friend from San Diego is having a baby. Her shower happened to be on the same weekend as Gay Pride so I felt like I should make another trip back home. I didn’t quite make it to any of the Pride festivities and ended up spending the morning walking around Hillcrest then the afternoon at the Tractor Room drinking Pimm’s Cup. It was still a pretty gay day.

Seattle Pride 2010

I felt like getting out of Portland so I drove up to Seattle for gay pride weekend. Visited with an old Portland friend and saw two Portland bands. Glass Candy and Reporter @ the Wild Rose.

Four Long Days

Voxtrot is calling it quits and will be playing a few shows on the west coast before its all over. They skipped Portland and played San Francisco which means we went on a road trip. Everything came together perfectly. Photo pass, free room at the Marriott, Amoeba Records, trashy Ed Hardy lighters, karaoke in Sacramento and VOXTROT. Best road trip ever.
